For the company
Complete it without wasting time
- Completion by reference year, starting again from the previous year’s data
- Completion percentage for each section
- Numerical data in tables: quantity, unit, measurement method and frequency
- Documents attached to the question they relate to
- A “Submit for verification” button when everything is ready
For the verifier
Every answer checked and explained
- Each answer marked as accurate or not accurate
- For answers that are not accurate, the correct answer and the reason
- Requests for additional information, which the company sees and resolves in the same question

Verification statuses
Self-assessment in progress → Submitted → Verification in progress → Verified. If the verifier asks for additional information, the verification goes back to the company until it replies.
Confidentiality
Uploaded documents are visible only to the company and the assigned verifier, stay on servers in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany) and are deleted 3 years after the date of the report. The public register shows only the outcome and the attestation details, never answers or documents.
Data tables, invitations to colleagues and sharing with customers are coming soon: for now, the questionnaire is completed online in the Client area.
