ISO 14001:2026
Ready for ISO 14001 certification?
An independent check of your environmental management system before the certification body’s audit: significant aspects, compliance obligations, emergencies and everything that can block certification.
Why check first
In ISO 14001 the most serious findings almost always concern compliance obligations: an expired permit, an analysis not carried out, an incomplete waste register. They are also where a mistake costs most, because it is not just about certification but about the law. A check before the audit brings them to light while there is still time.
Compliance obligations
Permits, discharges, emissions, waste, substances: we check that they are identified, up to date and met.
Aspects and impacts
Environmental analysis in normal, abnormal and emergency conditions, with clear significance criteria.
Emergencies
Spills, fires, releases: response plans, available resources and periodic drills.

Frequently asked questions
Do you also check compliance with environmental law?
We check that the obligations are identified and that there is evidence they are met, as the certification auditor would. It is not an inspection by the authorities.
Does the check replace the certification body’s audit?
No. It tells you how ready you are; the decision remains with the body you choose.
Will you help us close the findings?
No. We do not provide consultancy to the companies we verify, so our judgement stays independent. The report states precisely what is missing.
We have more than 50 workers or several sites.
The quote calculates the days on site based on workers and sites. Above 250 workers or 5 sites, we agree them with you.
When is the best time to do it?
Ideally two or three months before the certification audit: there is time to close the findings without moving the date.
Can I update the result after closing the findings?
Yes, with a follow-up check within 90 days, document review only, at a fixed price: you will find it in the online quote.
