Arrive at your certification audit already knowing how it will go
An independent check of your management system before the certification body’s audit: how ready you are, which blocking requirements are missing and which findings to close, with time to do it.
Why check first
A certification audit that goes badly costs more than it seems: an extra visit, weeks of additional work, a certification date that slips and, sometimes, a customer who was waiting for the certificate. The causes could almost always have been seen in advance.
Blocking requirements
Scope, risk assessment, legal obligations, internal audits and management review: if they are missing, the audit cannot be closed. We flag them first.
Evidence, not intentions
We check records and documents as the certification body’s auditor would, not just the written procedures.
Time to put things right
The report comes with findings ranked by severity and the expected action: you know where to start and how much work is left.

Frequently asked questions
Does the check replace the certification body’s audit?
No. It tells you how ready you are; the decision remains with the body you choose.
Will you help us close the findings?
No. We do not provide consultancy to the companies we verify, so our judgement stays independent. The report states precisely what is missing.
We have more than 50 workers or several sites.
The quote calculates the days on site based on workers and sites. Above 250 workers or 5 sites, we agree them with you.
When is the best time to do it?
Ideally two or three months before the certification audit: there is time to close the findings without moving the date.
Can I update the result after closing the findings?
Yes, with a follow-up check within 90 days, document review only, at a fixed price: you will find it in the online quote.
