Parallel Discover is a Portuguese company based in Portimão, in the Algarve. Checks are carried out by lead auditors with many years of experience in Italy, Portugal and abroad.
Who carries out the checks
Parallel Discover’s checks and courses are delivered by lead auditors and trainers with more than 25 years of experience in management systems. They regularly work as third-party auditors for accredited certification bodies in Europe and bring the same method to our checks: evidence, sampling, interviews with people, findings with reasons.

Certification and surveillance audits on ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, integrated systems, social and sustainability audits in the supply chain.

Independence
How we ensure impartiality
- We do not provide consultancy to the companies we verify.
- At least 24 months must pass between any consultancy or dedicated training and a verification.
- Fixed prices that do not depend on the outcome.
- Appeals and complaints reviewed by an auditor other than the one who carried out the verification.
